Finding myself on my own as a single mum was a big wake up call for me! As well as having to walk away from 2 successful businesses that I had helped build was, as you can imagine, heartbreaking, because I left with nothing.  A graphic designer by trade, and a Life Coach, I had to start rebuilding my life from the bottom up.

 

Scared? Yes! But I just knew I could do this.  So my first miracle arrived, a tiny terraced house in gorgeous Crickhowell, via a lovely friend who was leaving it and had put my name to the Landladies, who were thrilled to take me in.  Off to a good start! But now I had to look at how I was going to afford everything whilst building a new venture.  My second miracle was  discovering Utility Warehouse, my utilities lifesaver, literally! They were already in the little house I had moved into, and within an hour of being on the phone and getting everything sorted, I'd saved myself money.  I already liked this company, its lovely staff who helped me, and the fact that I had my electricity, gas and mobile phone in one place, all on one bill, I also discovered that I could join them as an Advocate and earn money too!

 

Now, let me tell you a little bit about my 'why' joining an MLM (Multi Level Marketing) company was amazing for me; I've always loved helping and supporting people, making friends along the way and enjoying a stress free life, so this seemed like a logical first step, a no brainer, afterall, I'm a 'people person', I'm passionate about helping others, I love saving money, and I could fit this job around my busy family life, and still do to this today, in fact, more so than ever with the way things are right now with rising energy costs!

 

My second miracle, just 4 years ago, was via one of my beautiful friends who mentioned doTERRA to me, just as I was looking for really clean essential oils to bring into my Natural Health Coaching business.  Having used essential oils since my late teens, I wasn't a stranger to them, and the more research I did into essential oils, the more I was horrified to discover the toxins that could be lurking in the essential oils that we think are 'natural'. I used them on my kiddies growing up, I used them to clean with and always had them around the home to cleanse the air. doTERRA took this to a whole new level for me! They smell so clean and vibrant, just like smelling the leaves, the flowers, the fruit, like no oil I had ever smelled before. I inhale them when I'm stressed or meditating, I put citrus oils in my water to cleanse my system, I use the oils on my pets, and I share the oils with my clients for pain, for releasing anxiety, supporting menopause issues and much, much more. I love what the company stands for so much that I became a Wellness Advocate with them so I can share my passion with others who want to learn about a natural lifestyle.

 

.....and here's my third miracle, finding clean makeup!  The more I started to understand about a clean lifestyle, the more I understood about what I put on my skin matters, so searching for toxin free makeup became my next research.  Firstly, let me just say that just because it has a big price tag, doesn't mean its toxin free. Just because its a 'big name' doesn't mean its toxin free.  Check out the app 'Think Dirty' and do your own homework on the products you use....it's an eye opener!!
