Magical Midlife - Monthly Menopause Support Group

Going through the changes of the Menopause can be a breeze for some, but if you are anything like me, that just wasn't the case.  As a Holistic therapist I found alternative ways to cope with my 'symptoms', but noticed with my clients, that it can be difficult and challenging to talk about the menopause with others.  With all of this in mind, I have now created my Magical Midlife and Beyond support group in my Wellness studio in Crickhowell, bringing like minded, amazing women together, who want to feel that they can share openly and feel understood.  This is a calm, relaxed, loving space for me to share my own wisdom and knowledge, but also for others to share from their own challenges so that we can all benefit from each other.
